Hearty mushroom gravy for potatoes, porridge and pasta: the recipe
The usual mashed potatoes, pasta, or cereal can be prepared in a new way, namely with gravy. It makes the dish complete and extremely satisfying. Most often, gravy is prepared with meat, but if you don't have it at home, you can replace it with mushrooms.

Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- milk - 500 ml
- flour - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper, paprika
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
2. Chop the mushrooms and add to the onion. Fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add spices and stir.
4. Add the flour and stir in the milk. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5. Add herbs.
