A simple pita bread breakfast idea
If you don't have enough time to cook, pita bread is the answer. It is fried extremely quickly and can be combined with any filling. The dish is very satisfying, flavorful, and tasty.
Ukrainian blogger Kateryna Bihun (ekaterina.bihun) shared the idea of making a simple and satisfying pita bread breakfast on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- pita bread
- mushrooms
- egg (salt + pepper)
- cheese/sausage/ham
- tomato
- ketchup
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
3. Put the mushrooms.
4. Pour in the egg mixture.
5. When everything is set, put a round pita bread on top and turn it over.
6. Top with cheese, sausage, ketchup and tomatoes.
7. Roll up so that the filling is inside.
8. You can cut into 2 triangles.
