Healthy, tasty and budget-friendly appetizer with 2 ingredients: cooked in the oven
If you want to prepare a healthy and light meal for lunch and dinner very quickly, but don't want it to be a salad, you can simply bake seasonal vegetables with spices and cheese in the oven.
- bell peppers
- feta cheese
- olive oil
- a sprig of rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables, chop the pepper randomly. Tomatoes can be halved or left whole.
2. Put the cheese in the center of the baking dish, vegetables on the sides, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices.
3. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20-30 minutes.
