Tabbouleh salad is not only hearty, but also a very tasty and healthy salad, based on couscous or bulgur, as well as vegetables and a flavorful dressing made from oil, honey and lemon juice.

Cook Vita shared a recipe for a healthy and tasty Tabouli salad on Instagram, which will be very satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • couscous or bulgur - 0.5 cups
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • water - 1 cup
  • cilantro and parsley, mint

The dressing:

  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water over the couscous, cover, let stand until it cools completely.

2. Dice the vegetables and put them in a bowl, add the couscous.

3. Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss and serve.
