Tabbouleh salad is not only hearty, but also a very tasty and healthy salad, based on couscous or bulgur, as well as vegetables and a flavorful dressing made from oil, honey and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
- couscous or bulgur - 0.5 cups
- tomato - 1 pc.
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- avocado - 1 pc.
- water - 1 cup
- cilantro and parsley, mint
The dressing:
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- honey
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over the couscous, cover, let stand until it cools completely.
2. Dice the vegetables and put them in a bowl, add the couscous.
3. Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss and serve.
