Ingredients:
- rice, but you can do without
- mixed greens
- balsamic sauce
- cherry tomatoes
- olives
- feta cheese
- canned tuna
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Boil rice.
2. Chop tomatoes and cheese.
3. Put mixed greens in a bowl and top with tuna, rice, tomatoes, olives and dressing.
