Healthy persimmon dessert in a glass: no baking required
Persimmon season is in full swing. Therefore, this fruit is worth using to make a variety of healthy desserts. One of them doesn't even need to be baked, because all you need to do is layer the ingredients. Instead of a mold, you can use an ordinary glass. In just a few minutes, you'll have a great breakfast or snack that will energize you for the day.
The idea of preparing a healthy dessert with persimmons without baking in a glass was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Nadiia Hamada (pp_body11).
Ingredients:
- yogurt without filler – 400 ml.
- chia – 20 g
- persimmon – 1 pc.
- cottage cheese – 2 tbsp.
- banana – 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Add chia to the yogurt.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Meanwhile, mix persimmons with banana and cottage cheese.
5. Take two glasses and fill them with fruit puree and yogurt in layers.
6. Sprinkle cocoa on top.
