Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of nuts (assorted)
  • 4 royal dates
  • 2 tbsp. nut paste
  • dark chocolate (over 70%)
  • a teaspoon of coconut oil or cocoa butter

Method of preparation:

1. Put nuts in a blender, add pitted dates and nut paste.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Mold the candies and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

4. Add the butter to the chocolate, melt and mix.

5. Take out the candy and dip it in chocolate.

6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, almond flakes, orange zest, freeze-dried berries, and salt to taste.

7. Let cool in the refrigerator.
