These bars will be an ideal healthy snack that will give you energy for the whole day. Especially if you have a sweet tooth but are watching your diet. These bars contain only natural ingredients and no sugar. Plus, you don't have to bake anything.

Ingredients:

  • 60 g of puffed rice
  • 70 g of butter
  • 70 g of honey
  • 150 g of peanut butter
  • 30 g of walnuts
  • 30 g of dried apricots

Method of preparation:

1. Gently heat the butter, peanut butter, and honey in a saucepan until the ingredients are combined.

2. Add the rice, chopped walnuts and apricots.

3. Stir and transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

4. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
