Feeding kids is always a challenge. They are quite fastidious, often do not want to eat really healthy products. So if you do not have time to come up with a variety of dishes - prepare these cottage cheese muffins. For them you will need only five simple ingredients. The products turn out quite nutritious and nourishing.
The idea of making hard cheese muffins for children is published on the page of food blogger Oksana Podgaina(ksy.gapin) in Instagram. It is most delicious when eaten warm.
Ingredients:
- 50 grams of hard cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese.
2. Add the egg yolk.
3. Pour in the flour.
4. Put down the sour cream.
5. Stir everything well.
6. Whisk the egg white separately and then incorporate it into the main mixture.
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. It comes out 4 small muffins.
