Ingredients:
- rolled oats - 40 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- milk - 50 g
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
- cocoa - 1 tsp.
- cottage cheese - 40 g
- thick yogurt - 1 tsp.
- any berries - 80 g
- honey - 1 tsp.
- cinnamon and vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the oatmeal with milk, egg, baking powder, cocoa, and spices in a blender.
2. Fry the pancake until cooked on both sides.
3. Beat the cottage cheese with yogurt and honey in a blender.
4. Spread the pancake with the curd cream.
5. Sprinkle with berries and fold in half.
