Carrots are a healthy, juicy and tasty vegetable that can be the basis for salads, snacks, and can also be added to desserts and juiced.

Chef Yulia shared a recipe for an original carrot salad with hard cheese, eggs, garlic, and spices on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • fresh carrots - 500-600 g
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • sour cream (fat) - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • spices: salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil and cool the eggs, grate the peeled carrots.

2. Grate boiled eggs and cheese on the same grater.

3. Pass the garlic through a press and mix with sour cream and spices, mix everything together in a salad bowl.
