Healthy cabbage salad for a festive table and every day
White cabbage is a very valuable fall vegetable that can be a great base for salads, cabbage rolls, soups, and snacks. It can also be fermented, salted, and pickled.
Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, healthy white cabbage salad with corn, hard cheese and fresh cucumbers.
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- canned corn - 1 tin
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- dill - a small bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- mayonnaise or sour cream
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage and cut the cucumbers into half rings.
2. Cut the hard cheese into strips and finely chop the dill and garlic.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with mayonnaise and eat!
