  • Feta cheese
  • Red onion
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil and chop the beets, orange and cheese.

2. Put the spinach, beets, cheese, and orange in a bowl.

3. Pour the olive oil dressing with honey and salt over the salad.
