Healthy beetroot salad for every day: serve with herbs and nuts
Beetroot salads are not only healthy but also very simple and tasty to prepare. Beetroot goes well with all vegetables, herbs, and cheese, as well as aromatic oils and yogurt.
Cook Olena shared a recipe for a light beetroot salad with walnuts, garlic, and parsley on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Beets – 4 pcs.
- Walnut – 3 pcs.
- Garlic – 2 pieces
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Mayonnaise
- Parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets, cool, peel, and grate.
2. Grate the garlic.
3. Chop the nuts and parsley.
4. Assemble the salad: add sugar, salt, garlic, walnuts, and mayonnaise to the beets. Mix well and garnish with parsley.
