Healthy beet salad without mayonnaise for dinner

Beet is a very useful and budget vegetable that can be the basis for making delicious salads, appetizers and even desserts. It has a lot of vitamins and microelements that are essential for everyone.
Cook Olena shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious salad from beets and nuts without mayonnaise, which turns out very light and healthy.
Ingredients:
- Beets - 4 pcs.
- Walnuts - 3 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Mayonnaise or yogurt
- Parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Boil beets and cool down. Peel and grate.
2 Peel and chop garlic. Chop nuts as well.
3. Add sugar, salt, garlic, walnuts and mayonnaise to the beets. Mix well and garnish with parsley.
Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour and you can eat! If desired, sprinkle with chopped herbs!
