Healthy baked apples with berries that are tastier than any dessert
Apples are the healthiest fruits that can be eaten by everyone and in any form. Specialists recommend eating them raw and baked. It will be very tasty with cottage cheese, nuts, berries and honey.
Cook Vladlena shared a recipe for delicious baked apples with berries and maple syrup on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- apples - 4 pcs.
- berries - 100-200 g
- coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
- maple syrup - 2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C and grease the mold with coconut oil.
2. Wash the apples, cut out the core and put on the mold.
3. Brush the bottoms of the apples with coconut oil and stuff with berries. Pour maple syrup over the top. Bake for about 20-15 minutes until the apples are crusty.
