Healthy and tasty carrot salad: cooks very quickly
Korean carrots can be a great appetizer, as well as the main ingredient for a delicious and light salad. Carrots go well with crab sticks, cheese, and corn.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and healthy carrot salad with hard cheese and crab sticks.
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 150 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- hard cheese - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- corn - 4-5 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into straws.
2. Tear the crab sticks into fibers or chop them.
3. Cut the cheese into thin strips.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and add the Korean carrots and corn. Season with mayonnaise, and salt to taste, mix and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
