Healthy and light tuna and herb salad for a snack: the easiest recipe

Salads can be made for lunch, snacks, and even dinner. The most important thing is to make them with seasonal vegetables and herbs. For a more satisfying version, add eggs, any cheese, shrimp, and tuna.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for a light salad with arugula, tuna, olives, and avocado on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of arugula (75g)
  • 1 can of tuna (80 g)
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato
  • 10 olives
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 of mozzarella

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of French mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey

Method of preparation:

1. Cut avocado, tomatoes, and mozzarella.

2. Mix everything for the sauce.

3. Put arugula on the dish, top with all the vegetables randomly, and add tuna in the end. Pour the sauce over.
