Salads can be eaten for lunch, snacks, and even dinner. The most important thing is to make them with seasonal vegetables and herbs. For a more satisfying version, add eggs, any cheese, shrimp, tuna.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for a light salad with arugula, tuna, olives, and avocado on Instagram.

Salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of arugula (75g)
  • 1 can of tuna (80 g)
  • 3-4 cocktail tomatoes or 1 medium tomato
  • 10 olives
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 of mozzarella

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of French mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella.

2. Mix everything for the sauce.

3. Put the arugula on the dish, top with all the vegetables randomly, and tuna on top. Pour over the sauce.
