Healthy and budget-friendly cabbage salad that will never get boring and takes 10 minutes to prepare
It is best to prepare light salads from seasonal and healthy vegetables and greens in summer. To make the salad more hearty, add boiled eggs, canned fish, as well as seafood, crab sticks, cheese, canned corn and peas.
- young cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- canned corn -1 b
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- dill - small bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- mayonnaise or sour cream
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop cabbage finely, hard-boiled eggs arbitrarily.
2. Slice the cheese into bars and cut the cucumbers into rings.
3. Transfer all ingredients to a bowl, add chopped greens, corn and garlic and dress with mayonnaise.
