Chicken fillet and canned pineapple are ideal products for salads and holiday snacks. They go well with vegetables, sauces, herbs, and breadcrumbs.

Cook Ksenia shared a recipe for a delicious chicken salad with pineapple, onions and mayonnaise on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken fillet - 300 g
  • canned pineapple - 150 g
  • boiled eggs - 3-4 pcs.
  • corn - 1/2 b.
  • red onion - 1/2 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • mayonnaise - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the fillet and cut it into cubes along with pineapples and eggs.

2. Grate or dice cheese.

3. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise, and mix.
