If you want to quickly prepare a delicious dish for a hearty breakfast or snack, the best ingredients for this are: pita bread, vegetables, chicken fillet, cheese. For the sauce, it's best to use sour cream, yogurt with herbs, and garlic instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- pita bread - 2 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- young cabbage
- cucumbers
- bell pepper
- Korean carrots
- hard cheese
Sauce:
- sour cream - 3-4 tbsp. l.
- sun-dried tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- dry garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- paprika and Italian herbs - to taste
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut.
2. Cut the vegetables randomly, but preferably into strips. Grate or slice the cheese.
3. For the sauce: combine all the ingredients and beat with an immersion blender.
4. Put the vegetables on the pita bread, pour the sauce, put the boiled fillet, add more sauce, add cheese on top, and roll up the pita bread. Fry the rolls in a grill pan over moderate heat until golden on each side.
