Fish in cream sauce: a delicious dinner in a few minutes
After a hard and long day at work, you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking dinner. That's why we strongly recommend this recipe.
A food blogger with the nickname polli_cooking posted a recipe for fish in a creamy sauce on her Instagram. Thanks to it, an extremely tasty and healthy dinner will appear on your table in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 pc
- Cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pcs
- Spinach - 60-70 gr
- Cream 10-15% - 200 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour - 1 tsp
- Fish fillets - 4-5 pieces
Method of preparation
1. Fry the chopped onion in butter.
2. Add tomatoes and spinach. Fry for a few minutes over medium heat.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour the cream into the pan. Stir to combine.
4. Add salt, pepper and flour.
5. When the cream thickens, put the fish fillets, bathe them well in the sauce, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
