This dessert is known all over the world, and you don't even have to bake it. It's about Panna cotta. In the classic version, cream is used as the base. However, ryazhanka makes a more dietary and nutritious mass.

The idea of making Panna cotta from ryazhanka was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Tatarintseva (tatarintseva.kot). The dessert requires only four ingredients.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ryazhanka - 300 ml
  • gelatin - 10 g
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp
  • berries, chocolate and other decorations - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package.

2. Pour the ryazhanka into a bowl and add the swollen gelatin, mix.
