Elementary jam pie: cooked with milk
If you have a jar of jam at home, you can use it to make a simple tea cake. You can add jam directly to the dough or put it as a filling. It's very quick to prepare and incredibly tasty.
Food blogger Olga (follow.my.vibe) shared a recipe for homemade jam pie on her TikTok page.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 100 g
- milk - 300 ml
- flour - 2 tablespoons
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- jam
- nuts (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Mix egg, sugar and milk.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.

3. Add the butter. Stir to mix.
4. Pour half of the batter into the greased mold. Put the jam and pour the rest of the dough on top. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
