Elementary appetizer with crab sticks: prepared in lavash

If you have crab sticks left in the fridge after the New Year's feast, you can make a very quick and easy appetizer out of them. All you need to do is chop and mix all the ingredients. Pita bread is suitable for the base.

Ingredients:

• 250 g of crab sticks
• 2 boiled eggs
• green onion
• 100 g of hard cheese
• 3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise
• salt, pepper
• pita bread

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the crab sticks, boiled eggs, and onion.

2. Grate the cheese.

3. Add spices and season with mayonnaise.

4. Put it on pita bread, roll it tightly, cut off the ends and leave it for 1 hour to soak.

5. Cut into slices and serve.
