Easy summer fruit dessert in a glass: you need jelly
You can combine your favorite seasonal fruits and berries in a light summer dessert with jelly. Fruits don't need heat treatment, they just need to be sliced, so they retain all their usefulness. This is not only tasty but also aesthetically pleasing.
- 4 packs of jelly
- 0.5 kg of fruit or berries
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water of each jelly pack in separate glasses according to the instructions.
2. Set aside to cool.
4. Wash fruits and berries, chop them
5. Mix with the jelly cubes.
6. Dilute 2 more packs of jelly according to the instructions, cool completely to room temperature. Pour this jelly over the fruit.
7. Leave in the refrigerator until completely thickened.
