The best dish for dinner is any salad made with seasonal vegetables and not dressed with mayonnaise. In the spring and summer, chefs advise adding more greens, non-salty cheese, seafood to salads and dressing them with yogurt or oil.

Ingredients:

  • arugula (or mixed greens)
  • feta cheese
  • marinated mussels
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Put the greens on a plate, put the mussels and feta pieces on top.
