Easy and healthy dinner salad in 5 minutes: the easiest recipe
The best dish for dinner is any salad made with seasonal vegetables and not dressed with mayonnaise. In the spring and summer, chefs advise adding more greens, non-salty cheese, seafood to salads and dressing them with yogurt or oil.

Ingredients:
- arugula (or mixed greens)
- feta cheese
- marinated mussels
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the greens on a plate, put the mussels and feta pieces on top.
2. For the dressing: mix the oil, juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad.
