Easier than pizza: pita envelopes with cheese and greens in 10 minutes
- pita - 2 pcs.
- sour milk cottage cheese - 180 g
- mozzarella - 150 g
- dill and green onions
- salt, pepper, garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the fermented cottage cheese and grated mozzarella, add chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste, add grated garlic.
Cut the pita into wide strips, place the filling and form the envelopes. Grill or fry on both sides.
