Delicious vegetable stew with meat for a hearty lunch: cooked without frying
Seasonal vegetables are a great base for preparing nutritious and hearty dishes. One of them is stew. You don't even have to fry the ingredients beforehand. Thus, it will be much healthier.
The idea of making a vegetable stew without frying for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana Pavliuk (my_griadka.ua). It contains meat, so it is very hearty.
Ingredients:
- meat
- potatoes
- carrot
- onion
- cauliflower and broccoli
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- tomatoes
- herbs
- garlic, salt, pepper, spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the meat a little.
2. Layer the vegetables on top. They can be of any kind. Take the ones you have in the fridge.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Simmer until tender.
5. Then add herbs.
