Ingredients
- tomato juice - 500 ml
- eggs - 4 pcs
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - ½ tsp
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - ½ tsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Mix tomato juice, eggs, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.

2. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the tomato mixture. Stir with a whisk until smooth.

3. Add 3 tbsp of oil and stir again.
4. Fry the pancakes in a preheated pan with a drop of oil on both sides until golden brown.
