Delicious three-ingredient homemade ice cream: preparing a sugar-free dessert
The most popular summer food is ice cream. It's usually bought, but the best way is to make it yourself at home from natural ingredients, the only way you can be sure of its safety.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, light homemade ice cream made from bananas, mangoes, and cream.
Ingredients:
- bananas – 2 pcs.
- mango puree – 50 g
- coconut or regular cream – 75 ml
You can also add: nuts, chocolate, or any syrup if desired.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and chop the bananas, and put them in a blender.
2. Pour in the cream, add the mango puree, and beat until smooth.
3. Add chopped nuts and chocolate.
4. Put the mixture into a container and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
