Delicious seasonal pumpkin salad: perfect for the festive table

Ingredients:
- 150-200 g of hokkaido pumpkin
- fresh greens
- 50 g of sun-dried tomatoes
- 100 g of mozzarella
- pumpkin seeds
- olive oil
- Italian herbs, salt
How to cook:
1. Dice the pumpkin and put it in a baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with salt and Italian herbs.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until tender.
4. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
5. Put the pumpkin cubes, tomatoes and cheese on a plate with the salad.
6. Add some pumpkin seeds and season with oil.
