Recipe for summer watermelon salad

- 200 g of peeled watermelon
- avocado
- cucumber
- 200 g arugula
- handful of fresh mint
- 50 g pistachios
Ingredients for the dressing:
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt, ground black pepper to taste

2. Shake all ingredients well in a closed jar.
