Cook Valeria shared on Instagram a recipe for a hearty salad of chicken fillet, mushrooms and canned pineapple.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Canned pineapple slices - 250 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs and chicken fillet separately.

2. Dice the onion and mushrooms, fry the onion until transparent, then add the mushrooms and fry until tender.
