Pizza is a very easy to prepare and delicious dish that can be made with different toppings and on different doughs, and even without. Pita bread can be an ideal alternative to pizza dough.
Cook Inna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pizza based on pita bread, for which you can use any topping and which takes only 15 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- pita bread - 1 sheet
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese
- tomatoes
- sausage
- greens
- spices, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with spices and salt.
2. Put the pita bread in the mold, pour the egg mixture on top, chopped sausage, greens, grated cheese, tomatoes.
3. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Cut the pizza when it is hot and ready to serve.
