Ingredients:
- herring - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- lemon half
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vinegar - 2 tbsp
- ground pepper - a pinch
- water at room temperature
Method of preparation:
1. Remove all the insides and cut off the head of the herring.
2. Put the fish, lemon, spices, vinegar, sugar, salt, water, and oil in a jar.
3. Shake the jar and put it in the refrigerator.
