Delicious homemade ice cream with cookies that is easy to eat
The perfect dessert in the summer heat is ice cream. It is especially delicious if it is prepared at home. Also, it is very convenient to eat it if there are cookies on both sides. It keeps your hands from being dirty and is also very tasty.
Ingredients for 12-14 servings:
- 33% cold cream - 500 ml
- condensed milk - 100-200 ml (to taste)
- roasted peanuts - 40-50 g
- dark chocolate - 60 g
- cookies - 24-28 pcs.
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Whip cold cream to peaks, add condensed milk and whip again.
2. Divide into two parts. Add chopped chocolate to the first part and cocoa and chopped peanuts to the second.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Place the first layer of cookies in the mold.
5. Spread cocoa-nut ice cream evenly and top with chocolate ice cream.
6. Lay out the second layer of cookies on the same level as the first: it will be convenient to cut and hold them.
7. Place in the freezer until completely set. Cut into portions.
