Ingredients:
- 350 g of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 250 g of flour
- 75 g of sugar
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 10 g of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 0.5 liters of refined frying oil
- Orange zest ( optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, add a pinch of salt, cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and orange zest. Knead the dough.
2. Form the sausage and cut into equal pieces.
3. Make balls and fry in plenty of oil so that they float freely.
