Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – a bunch
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Oil
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the tomatoes, and stew for a few seconds.

2. Beat the eggs with salt, sour cream, pepper, pour into the pan and cover.

3. Sprinkle the cooked omelet with chopped green onions.
