Delicious beet salad with oranges: an unexpected combination

Ingredients:

• beets - 2 medium
• orange - 1 piece
• Chinese cabbage - 100 g
• feta - 100 g
• nuts - 50 g

Ingredients for the dressing:

• olive oil - 3 tbsp.
• French mustard seeds - 1 tsp + salt

Method of preparation:

1. Pre-bake beets until tender. Peel and chop them.

2. Finely chop Chinese cabbage.

3. Cut feta into cubes.

4. Peel orange and cut off the white film with a knife.

5. Put everything on a plate and mix.
