Delicious apple pancakes with oatmeal: no need to add flour
If you make apple pancakes, they will turn out to be very juicy and sweet. And to make them really healthy, you don't need to add flour. Oatmeal will hold the frying mass together perfectly.
The idea of making healthy oatmeal-apple pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga with the nickname demi_kitchen. You just need to grate the fruit for the pancakes.
Ingredients:
- apple - 1 pc
- egg - 1 pc
- oatmeal - 7 tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- milk - 3 tbsp
- sugar - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Instead of an apple, you can put a pear.
2. Add the egg.
3. Pour in the oatmeal.
4. Pour in the milk.
5. Put in the baking powder.
6. Pour in the sugar.
7. Mix everything.
8. Fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
