Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 250 g
- red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- yellow bell pepper - 1 pc.
- fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- parsley - to taste
- salt - to taste
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil fillet in salted water.
2. Divide into fibers.
3. Cut tomatoes in half.
4. Remove the pulp.
5. Cut all the vegetables into strips.
6. Add the remaining ingredients.
7. Season with sour cream.
