Dasha Yevtukh shared a recipe for a hearty casserole with chicken and vegetables: the perfect dish for lunch

Chicken and vegetables are the perfect combination for a hearty and balanced lunch. The easiest option will be to prepare a casserole. All you need to do is to lay out the necessary components in a mold, pour a delicate sauce and add a lot of cheese. It comes out very delicious.
The idea of cooking a healthy and hearty casserole for lunch was shared by famous blogger Dasha Yevtukh (dashaevtukh1_3) on her Instagram page. The girl added her favorite vegetables and mushrooms, but you can experiment.
Method of cooking the casserole
1. Melt a piece of butter in a saute pan.
2. Add 1 tbsp. flour.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Gradually add the cream, stirring at the same time. Add a little water and some cream again.
5. Season with pepper, salt. Stir constantly to prevent the sauce from burning. Set the sauce aside to cool.
6. Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces.
7. Spread some of the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
8. Put the chicken in.
9. Add mixed vegetables (the kind you like best). If desired, mushrooms can be added.
10. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top.
11. Put in the oven to bake
12. When the casserole is almost ready, sprinkle cheese on top.
