Cutlets are one of the simplest and most satisfying meat dishes. But they can also be made from potatoes, onions, cabbage, beets, crab sticks, rice, and legumes.

Cook Svitlana (recepti_svitlana21) shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious potato cutlets that you can cook in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Dried dill - to taste
  • Chicken seasoning DASH to taste

Batter:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes, mash them.

2. Grate the cheese and add to the potatoes. Add dill and seasoning and mix.

3. Form cutlets with your hands.

4. Beat the eggs, add water, salt, flour and mix. The batter should be liquid.

5. Dip the cutlets in the batter and fry.
