Ingredients:
- potatoes
- salt
- spices
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut potatoes into thin slices. You can use a vegetable slicer.
2. Place on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. Sprinkle salt and spices.
4. Drizzle lightly with oil.
5. Cook in the microwave for 3-5 minutes or bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cook until the chips are crispy.
