Crispy and juicy chicken wings: how to cook popular fast food at home
Wings are perhaps the most affordable part of a chicken carcass. Therefore, you can buy a lot of them at once and feed the whole family. Home-made wings are not comparable to those we are used to eating in fast food restaurants. It is very easy to prepare this dish.
The idea of cooking spicy chicken wings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Chymych (olha.chymych).
Recipe for baked chicken wings

Ingredients:
- chicken wings without limbs – 5 pcs.
- flour – 1 tbsp.
- suneli hops – 1 tsp.
- dry garlic – 1 tsp.
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- cheese – 30-40 g (ideally Parmesan)
- butter – 30 g.

Method of preparation:
1. Dry the wings with paper towels and cut them into two parts.

2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and all the seasonings well with the wings.

3. Put on parchment and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 20 minutes.
