Crab salad without mayonnaise and rice in a new way
The simplest, yet hearty and delicious salad is crab salad. It is usually prepared with rice, but it makes the dish heavy, so you can replace it with cheese, herbs, and fresh cucumbers.
- crab sticks - 230 g
- canned corn - 1 can
- green onions - a bunch
- cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
- pepper/salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise or yogurt + mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs and cut them into cubes. Dice crab sticks along with cucumbers.
2. Mix yogurt and mustard for the sauce.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, season with the sauce, add salt and pepper and mix.
