Chocolate cupcake for tea: tastier and easier than any cake
Cupcakes can be made with various fillings, from berries to chocolate. But the most important thing is to make a good dough.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, flavorful chocolate cupcake that takes only 35 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml. warm water
- 100 g of sugar
- 80 g of honey/thick jam
- 70 ml. oil
- 1/3 tsp. of baking soda
- 200 g of flour
- 40 g of cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, honey, oil and baking soda to warm water, mix well.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, sift it, and add it to the liquid ingredients.
3. Knead a smooth dough, the consistency of thick sour cream.
4. Pour into a baking dish and place in a preheated 180 g oven for 35-40 minutes.
5. Check the readiness with a wooden stick.
