Ingredients
- minced chicken fillet - 700 gr
- broccoli - 300 gr
- parsley
- egg - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- flour - 2 tbsp
- pepper
- salt
- oil for frying
Method of preparation
1. Separate broccoli florets from the hard part and cut into small pieces.
2. Peel and chop garlic.
3. Finely chop parsley.
4. In a separate container, mix all the ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Fry in a preheated frying pan with oil for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
6. Serve with sour cream.
