Broccoli and chicken are healthy foods that go well together. They can be used to make salads, casseroles, pies, appetizers, as well as cutlets, chops, soups, mashed potatoes, and deliciously baked in the oven.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- broccoli - 300 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sour cream or white yogurt - 2 tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the chicken and broccoli and place in a baking dish.
2. Beat the eggs, add sour cream or white yogurt and whisk, add spices.
3. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and fillet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 180 C for about 30-40 minutes.
